Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which you received it, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at trcraftszone@gmail.com as soon as possible with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, the simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
